Salt & Soil’s signature ingredients are sourced with intention, anchored in wild Gulf shrimp and snapper, Apalachicola and regional oysters, and dock-to-table seafood, complemented by heirloom tomatoes, okra, and collards, stone-ground grits and cane syrup, Gulf citrus, fresh herbs, and local honey—each drawn from small, family-owned Gulf Coast farms and paired with thoughtfully selected, pasture-raised local meats.
